Hernaski’s Journey: Renewal Beyond the Property

Founded in 2015 by João Carlos and Clarice Hernaski, the company began its journey with a simple dream: to help people find their homes. Initially known as JcHernaski, with the slogan “Your home is here!”, the team offered rental management services only to friends and acquaintances. The first steps were challenging, with gaining the trust of customers requiring hands-on learning and tireless dedication.

Over time, as the company grew and diversified its services, it became clear that the name JcHernaski no longer reflected the breadth of the company’s mission. So they decided to change to Hernaski , a more concise name that symbolized the company’s evolution and holistic approach to real estate, along with its new tagline “Hernaski: Renewal Beyond Real Estate.” This change in identity marked a new chapter, where the focus was not just on selling real estate, but on offering complete solutions.

The first few years were marked by trials and challenges. With two offices in Piraquara that failed and a failed attempt in Pinhais, the team realized that the path would be different. Instead of giving in to discouragement, they adapted to remote work, which proved to be an effective strategy. Today, Hernaski stands out for offering a full range of real estate services, including buying and selling, leasing, appraisals, inspections, documentation, credit analysis and financing, as well as condominium management, professional property manager services and legal and accounting advice.
